The Business Process Analyst will support Ops Robotics Supply Chain by scoping, developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and performing ad-hoc data analysis to support cross-functional customers. They will create and execute SQL scripts to connect to, manipulate, and transform a multitude of data sources to support dashboards and statistical deep dive analysis. The Business Process Analyst will also collaborate with Legal to ensure supplier contracts are finalized on-time to support important technology development and provide insights into contract status to company to support business reviews. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, analyzing trends, and recommending and implementing process improvements. This is a unique role, with similar functions to a business operations analyst and a contract analyst. The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, like being continually challenged, demonstrate sound judgment, and attention to detail. Basic Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field or relevant experience . 1+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role . 3+ years of experience conducting analysis and data mining using Microsoft Excel or similar tools . 1+ years of experience in verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Preferred Qualifications: . Knowledge of data mining and processing using SQL and at least one of SAS/R/Python . Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling . Familiarity with regression methods (e.g., linear, logistic, time series) . Experience with ERP (Oracle a plus)
