Create analytics language for requested insights. Design and implement reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. Work across employee services organization to make actionable intelligence available to business stakeholders. Develop requirements and specifications with business and development teams. Analyze, diagnose and recommend experience for customers and employees. Utilize SQL and SAS to manipulate data into the necessary structure including outlier analysis data inking, missing variable treatment, and data exploration. Work with cross-functional groups to combine Analytics findings with other data sources to complete a full root cause analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered as a business analyst, business intelligence engineer, data engineer, data miner or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered as an equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation must involve: experience in data analysis, report building, or analytical research; experience with Excel or Sql; leading small to medium sized projects involving complex data sets and high variability; using analytics technology to build categories, construct queries and build reports.
